The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) team today exhibited the innovative Academic Programmes offered by the University at the 2024 CAREER & EDUCATION FAIR organized by Ultra Tomorrow Education Consult held at Breakfort Hotel & Suites, Uyo – Akwa Ibom State.

At the Career & Education Fair we exhibited our flagship Degree Programmes including Aerospace Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering among others as contained in the attached flyer for due consideration by Secondary School Students and applicants/JAMBITES seeking admissions into Tertiary Institutions such as FUTIA as well as parents and other stakeholders who were in the audience. More details can be assessed through our interactive website: We look forward to reviewing the admission applications at the next admission year when it is set-up by the appropriate authorities.

At FUTIA, we are offering the EDUCATION OF THE FUTURE and our Courses are tailored towards addressing peculiar national issues as well as preparing our students with requisite skill-sets needed to offer interventions on real-time national and societal concerns upon their graduation.

The location of our University in the coastal and historical area of Ikot Abasi, South South Nigeria makes us strategic especially in our proposed launching of the AERODROME for our AEROSPACE ENGINEERING and NAVAL ARCHITECTURE DEGREE PROGRAMMES, which is under verification by the National Universities Commission(NUC).
